At the inquest on Foster, the victim of the train accident on the 14th inst., the Coroner found that- the driver Lloyd and the conductor AVannick were drunk at the time of the accident and were incapable of properly discharging, their duties. The collision was the result of Lloyd’s grossly careless driving. Lloyd was committed for trial on a charge of manslaughter. The verdict did not affect AVannick.
