FOOTBALL.
The Taranaki Rugby Union are this year enforeng the rule that all club secretaries must forward to file secretary of the union a list of all the financial members of the club before the end of May, and any club which plays- all imfiiianeial member after that date will be reckoned to have lost the match in which such unfinancial member played.
