NO-LICENSE LEAGUE

The annual meeting of the No License League was held on Monday ovoning, when tho annual report and balance-sheet were read and adopted. Tho following officers wore appointed : —President, Rev. F. W. Cliatterton ; Vico-Presidents, Messrs J. Somervell and A. Graham, and the ministers of religion who are in sympathy with tho movement; Treasurer, Mr. D. Morico; Secretary, Mr. F. Long; Committee, Mrs. Graham, Miss Morico, Messrs. McLeod, East, Nicholas, Slack, Hay, Stafford, and Ivohero. Votes of thanks were passed to tho retiring .officers, and complimentary reference madej to their labors on behalf of the League during the past year. Speakers commented on the change of boundaries in the electorate, and expressed hopefulness in regard to the coming struggle. It was announced that the public campaign would begin next week, when the Rev. F. Isitt 's expected.
