Tho Perth Tramways Company have oovered the whole of their property at two shillings per cent- Anglican Churoh property valued at one hundred and thirty-four thousand pounds wasaooepted at 6d per cent. Four companies! have been instructed to olose their books. Fully fifty per oent. of the employees will be idle within three months if the trouble continues,
