THE EDUCATION BILL. PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Reoeived 10.19 p.m., Nov. 80. London, Nov. 80. The Duke of Norfolk introduced to Lord Lanßdowne a deputation of Catholics from all parts of Eogland and Wales, urging the House of Lords to adhere to the amendments. Some spokesmen declared that the Bill even now did not meet their—-A requirements.
