Tho Premier will leave for the South to-morrow evening, He will open tho post office at Otautau, and on Friday is to be given a reception by the people of Southland at Invercargill. On Monday he will open a new post office at Nelson; thence lip will return to Wellington, and deliver a series of addresses at various centres in tho North Island.
