PRESS ASSOCIATION Christchurch, last night, During the week ending November ilrd 1728 eggs were laid by the hens entered in tho Utility Poultry Club’s second egglaying competition at Lincoln College, bringing the total to date to 32,616 eggs. The best totals for tho week were R. Benson’s white leghorns 32, A. L. Webster’s silver wyaudottes 32, G. Reynolds’ silver wyandottes 31- The highest totals to date arc : Blanch 644, J. Ashton’s silver wyandottes 589, F, O’Brien’s silver wyandottes 561, Mrs Gordon’s brown leghorns
