Seddon Memorial.
PRESS ASSOCIATION Wellington, last night. At a meeting of the Exeoative Committee of the Seddon memorial fond this evening the following resolutions were adopted: (1) That in the opinion of the Committee it is desirable to oreate scholarships rather than to ereot a teohnioal university ; (2) that subscriptions be invited from all parts of New Zealand for the purpose of oreating a oapital fund, the interest from which shall applied to the establishment of scholarships to be known as the Seddon scholarships.
