At the icqaest on Grobn a witness testified that Morris, owing to his being tamed out of Norton’s house, suggested to him that he should oonepire against Norton, by stating he killed Grobn. Norton, in evidenoe, denied tbat he struck Grobn. The latter came homo druDk and fell down, Morris dragged him upstairs to bed.

The ooroner stated tbat of Morris was unreliable. It was that of an acoeßsory after the fact. Ia the absenoe of more minu’e medical examination at the time of death he did not think

it possible to find the actual oause. There wsb not sufficient to say how the man came by his death,
