Wairoa, 3’ostorday, An inquest was held at To Matai, Frasor town, on tho body of Waala Tniroa. The svidenca sbowod that deceased was considered to have been makutu by the natives. Rua, tho alleged prophet, denounced him as the cause of recent calamities of the Maoris. This preyed on his mind. A verdict was relumed that he shot himself whilst in a state of unsound mind.
