| Oatnaru, last night John Findlay was formally charged this morning with the murder of Bennie, and was remanded until the 19tli inst. None of the missing property has been recovered. There is iittlc evidence to connect him with the crime, except that his departure from the vicinity on the night of tho murder was suspicious.
