Tho thirty -sooond annual mooting of tbo Gisborne Rawing Club was bold lußt ovoning in tho Masonic Hotel. Tho captain (Mr J. 8. Wauchop) prosided. Tho report and balance-shoot was adopted on tho motion of the Chairman, who also spoko briefly us to tho past bobson and futuro prospeots. Tho following now mombors wore oloctod : J. B. Smith, G. B, Smith, H. B, Cato, T. Harris, P. T. Emerson, E. Cambridge, J. Kinder, G. Willook, H. Robin-, son, H. G. Foster, and W. Broughton. Mr A. F. Kennedy was ro-olooted president with applauso. Tho (following woro Mooted VicePresidents : Mossrs T. Adair, W. G. Fraser, J. A. Harding, Ooderwal), J. B, Kells, and J. W. Bright. Mr J. S. Wauchop was ro-eleoted captain, Other officers eleoted woro : Deputycaptain, Allan Coleman ; hon. secretary, Mr CummiDg ; treasurer, Mr E. Smith ; assistant treasuror, Mr 0, J. Hamilton ; oommittoe, Messrs H. M. Puflott, C. J. Hamilton, Cowan, Nolan, 0- Muir, and Sargissou ; auditors, Mossrs R. D, B. Robinson and L. B. Sherrill. On tho motion of Mr Muir, tho appointiDg of delegate aud vioo-prosident of tho Rowing Association was left to tho inoorning committee. Mr L, B. SherriS was eleoted a life mombor of the Club. General disoussion took plaoo as to tho ooming season.
