ANOTHER CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT.

{Special to Times.) Wellington, last night. Important ohangea are pending in the proprietorship and management of the Now Zealand Times. Mr R. Baanister, tho present managing dirootor, is disposing of the large interest which he holds in the company to a local syndicate, The arrangement will involve the appointment of a new managing director and a new secretary. Mr Wardoll, who at present holds a large intorest in the company, will he appointed mmagiog director, and Mr Dalston, who for many years acted for the Midland Railway debanture-holdors in New Zealand, will be tho new secretary. It is probable also that the directorate will be strengthened by the appointment of a well-known Wellington banker. It is understood that the journal will continue to give a general support to the present Ward Administration.
