Aehburcon, last night. At the Magistrate’s Court Mr Wray, S.M., fined two men 40s each for being on the premises when the police made a sly grog raid. P. March, licensee of the Oherteey hotel, was finod £5 and costs for Sunday trading, the license not to be endorsed, the Magistrate considering defendant had been persuaded against his better judgment. A charge of exposing liquor for sale was dismissed.
