The secret recruiting of military officers continues in connection with the plot against the Douma.

Active preparations are in progress at Odessa, Knieff and Minsk for the massacre of Jews and intellectuals. The police are favoring the movement. M. Gorcmifkin’s Ministerial declaration was received in dead silence in a crowded house, the Opposition speakers greeting it with thunderous cheers. There is intense excitement in St. Peters burg over the Domna. The Douma read the Habeas Corpus Act a first time and urged the Premier to prevent the execution of eight persons sentenced to death in the Baltic on suspicion of murdering a policeman.

M. Goremykin declared that the proposed agrarian solution was nnconditionally inadmissable. Ministerial responsibility was outside the Douma’s competency. M. Goremykin nnequivooally disclosed h's intention to adders to tbe old methods of repression.

Correspondents show tbat tbe Ministry haß constituted itself a wall between the Sovereign and tbe people, bat as tbe Czar displaced Count de Witte in order to avoid an immediate conflict with tbe Douma, M. Goremykin is likely to share the same fate.

A bomb waß thrown at but did not in jure the Governor and Chief of Police al Tiflis while driving through the street, bui it killed a Coseaok.

After a Te Deum yesterday in honor of the anniversary of the Coronation, a review was held in tbe Square at Sebaßtapoo). A number of bombs were thrown. Three p?ople were killed aod a number wounded. Two of those who had thrown bombs were arrcßtcd.
