Circulars have r.cenCy been issued for Victorian exhibition, but the replies are rather in favor of representation at the New Zealand Exhibition, as beiDg more advantageous. Ministerial changes in Queensland rather retardod matters in that State, but the new Premier is very favorably disposed. Tho South Australian Commissioners will meet Mr Seddoo in Adelaide on Saturday next.
