(Per Press Association.) Auoklnnd, last night. Frashfiold estate a l , Taupiti, consisting of 9337 acres, sub divided into 36 dairying and grazing farms, was sold to-day. A largo portion of tho estate oonsists of rioh reolaimod swamp, well grassed. Tho subdivisions ranged from 100 to 660 noios. The terms weio ono-fifthoash, ouo-fifth in j six months, and tho balanco in seven yoars at 4.1 per oont. Tho land realised from 2s 6d por aoro for swamp land lo I £l2 per aoro for rich grass laud.
