The following are the profits made by the “ All B'aeks ” sinoe their selection in the early part of last year: Matches in New Zealand £5Ol, in Sydney £553, in the United Kingdom, Franoe, and America £B9OB. The total reoeipts outside of New Zealand and Australia were £14,971, and the expenditure was 416063. The match North and South, prior to the team leaving for England, resulted in a profit of £6l. The New Zealand Union has now asum of £12,000 on fixed deposit, and the value of its assets exceeds its liabilities by £12,026. As evidence of the growth of the Union, it is mentioned in
the repoit that dating the past two years the number of committee meetings fo.' the year has increased from 6 in 1900 to 29 in 1905, the latter constituting a ic.iord. The committeo regret that the number of disqualifications shows no sign of diminishing. Mr G. DixoD, manager, in his report recommends that in any fulu'o tour not more than 25 matches be played j that the number of men be restricted lo not more than 27 ; that two internationals should be played in the early part of the toar, and that the men Bhould have at least a week’s iPell befare each international.
