The American Labor Federation has issued a manifesto in which it urges poli-' tioal union of workers, irrespective of oreed, color, sex, or nat onality, to Beoure tho election of men of their owa ranks to maks and administer the laws on the lines laid down by the federation, and to seoure an impartial judioiary, not governing by arbitary injunctions of oourts, nor as pliant tools of corporate wealth.
