A man named Brotherton shot a man named Finn at Canbelego, near

Cobar.

Finn was living apart from his wife. He went to Brotherton’s camp to see his children. Brotherton refused to let him see them, and fired at Finn twice. The latter died in the lmspital. His assailant has been arrested.
