The transmission of mousy through the post offices in Russian Poland has been suspended owing to constant robberies. The newspaper Birzheviya Vedemosti publishes a loug list of wholesale arrests of intellectual Masses’- reformers in the provinces. Fifteen hundred prisoners were made at Riga.
