At the Dairy Conference the grading resulted as follows Of samples tested at the Auckland Freezing Works the highest score was 93 points, the next 92, and the other scores 91,.90£, 89£, 88£, 88, 85£ (two lots}, 84£, and 81. In case of those tested at the Farmers’ Freezing Works the highest scores were 94£ and 93>L and the others 92>L 92 (three lots), 9L, 89, 88, 86, and 84£. . The following resolution was That this meeting strongly urge upon the Government tbs appointment of inspectors and instructirs to carry on inspection of milk supplied to dairy factories, such inspectors to be trained and worked under control of the Dairy Commissioner.”
