Brussels, Feb. 21. M. Vanderwald, a Socialist in tbe Belgium Chamber, scathingly attaoked the Congo officials, accusing them of inhuman exploitation of natives, resorting to slavery in order to obtain recruits. He declared that the Crown domain yields a profit of £2,800.000 to King Leopold.
