A WISE PROVISION.

(For Press Association.) Wellington, last night. Government intends to enforce tho regulations by which all cadets entering tbe Civil Service are compelled to join volunteer corps, and serve from tbo age of eighteen to twenty-one years. Cadets who are already in the service a c to be urged to join volunteer corps, and heads of departments have been instructed to give every faoility to members of the service who ere volunteers to atlend parades, drills, and camps.
