The statement for tha fortys-cond week of the New Zealand Utility Poultcy Club’s egg layiDg competition shows that 564 eggs were laid during, the week, making a total to date of 17,241. The following are the best totals for the week A. Tyree ([Black Orpingtons) 26, P. Phasants .(Silver Wyandottes) 23, J. Mann,(White Wyandoltes) 23, A. M- Price .(Buff Orpingtons) 23.
