A congress of marshals and nobility of Moscow appointed a deputation to urge the Czar to accelerate the date of the Duma’s meeting, and to postpone all agrarian legislat’on until then. Since the beginning of December the police discovered in the chief Russian cities eight laboratories of bomb factories, 258 unfilled bombs, large quantities of powder, dynamite aod cartridges, three English machine guoa, and other arms.
