RECENT TRAM ACCIDENT
(Per Press Association.) Aucklend, last night. The inquest concerning the death of J. CarsoD, after oofiision with a tramear on Deeomber 22nd, was resumed this morning. The inqueßt had been adjourned for the purpose of allowing relativo3 to procure f(couneel to watoh their interests. After ' hoaring four witnesses the jury notified tho coroner they wore quite satisfic 1 ..s to the cause of death, aud desired no further evidenoe. Thoy returned a verdioti of death from fracture of the skull occasioned by aooidental impact with amoving tramear.
