Official electoral, Taieri: Donald Reid 2320, Marsha'l 1784, informal 40. Licensing : Continuance 1718, reduction 2043, no-iiconse 2295. Reduction was carried by 34 votes. Christchurch, la-.t night. The official count of the Christchurch licensing poll was completed to-day. Tho result gives : Continuance 10,611, reduction 7370, no-licanso 8787, informal 369, valid votes 19,743. The following are the official figures in connection with the local option poll for Lyttelton district: Continuance 2332, reduction 1917, no-licenso 2403, numbor of voters 5292. Continuance was carried by 186 votes,

The official result of tho Invercargill local option poll was declared at 11 p.m., as follows: Continuance 2573, reduction 3409, no-license 3902, valid votes 6489, informal 89. No-license was carried by eight and three-fifths votes.
