HageD, Espade, and Marques have been executed for tbe murder of Liebglib. Hagen died protesting his innocence. The other two were hanged an hour later. Espado, who owned to his guilt oa tho scaffold, twice moved his pinioned arms, and held on to tho slack of the rope. Chief Warder Webster, standing on the trap, held the lvpe free, and when the bolt was drawn be fell with the convict into tbo well, receiving severe injuries to the head which necessitated his removal to the hospital. Death was instantaneous in the oase of tho convicts.
