Addroasing the crowd early this morning, Mr SeJdon said he never felt the s'ightest anxiety as lo the result of the eleotion. Tho final returns give the Go vernment 59 as against 15 Opposition, In conolusioD, he said : 11 1 hope the New Zealand Times board will be photographed, and I hope some people will read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest, and understand that those who do their duty by the people have nothing to fear. They sneer at humanity, but I say there is a tra't in humanity that when injustice has been done, as has been dono to me and mine, the people will not have it, and that has been shown throughout New Zealand to-day.”
