Reuter’s correspondent of Lahore asserts that ruling chiefs, nobility, and gentry in India aro making increased demands that a Prince of the Brit’sh Royal House should rule the country, with the advice of tho Ministry, the GovernorGeneral being Prime Minister, and leading chiefs being Councillors.
