SERIOUS RIOTING.

St. Petersburg, Oct 25. Tho strikers at Ekaterinaslav erected barricades. Cossacks fired, killing and wounding a number. Anarchy prevails at Riga. Many .bloody collisions have occurred. A railway cashier was murdered in the streets BDd robbed of 24,000 roubles. A number of Government spirit shops were sacked. Polish railway men have joined the strike. Railway communication between Warsaw and St. Petersburg has been stopped.
