Special to the .Times, Wellington, last night, Speaking of hasty marriages. Mr Justice * Cooper, in the Jeffrey v. Jeffrey divorce case, said he had often occasion tD remark that women engaged themselves to marry men with leea investigation into their lives and habits than a lawyer or merchant would wake in engaging' a clerk.
