Mr R. L. Outhwaite, of Birmingham, characterises General Booth's proposals as farcial. Ho declares that land monopoly in Australia has gone so far that shortly there will bo uo land left for the eons of Australian farmers.
Sydney, Sept. 19. In connection with General Booth’s Bchorno, n gentleman has written to Mr Carrutbors, offering to purebaeo an estate and to sottle thirty familios at cost price, payment extending over fifteen years.
