"THE GIRL OF MY HEART.”
One of the moat expensive theatdoal undertakings that has yet been arranged for Gisborne, has been entered into by the well-known firm of omusement caterers, the Messrs MaoMahon, who bring here in its entirety the famous Fitzmaurice-Gill Dramatic Co., direct from His Majesty’s Theatre, Auckland, where they have just concluded one of the most successful seasons yet recorded in the Northern oopi* tal. The star of the organisation is the charming young actress, Miss Fitzmaurioe Gill, who will be supported by 26 members of MaoMahon’s dramatic company. The original scenery and effects will be brought in their entirety to Gisborne, the various productions being mounted in the most lavish manner, as that whieh characterised the Auckland season performances. The four nights commence at His Majesty’s Theatre to-morrow evening, when the management will produee the “ The Girl of my Heart,” or Jaok Ashore.” The other productions will be “A Sister’s Sacrifice,” “ Bearing Her Cross," and " Undo Tom’s Cabin.” The plans are on view at Mr Miller’s.
