The Committee has 'held 14 meetings on 12 sitting days, received 37 depu* tation3, comprising 208 poople, and examined 114 witnesses. In addition, Mr Arnold, chairman of the Committee, has received over 300 telegrams and other communications concerning the Bill, it iH expected the evidence wiii be printed by Wednesday next, when the Committee start framing the report Tor presentation on the following Friday.
