(Per Press Association.) I Auckland. jarfc night. At the Police Court Alexander Cuddeford pleaded guilty to having been disorderly while drunk in Quay street. It was explained by Snb-Inspector Black that the disorderly conduct consisted of flourishing a revolver and threatening to shoot a man named Finch. “ Mad drunk " was the police description of Caddeford’s coudi tion, and it was explained that his revolver was not loaded. Tha bench fined him £1 and costa, or 24 hours’ imprisonment.
