POLICE COMMISSION.
'(Per Ptcss ii'Bsocia^io.n.J Dunedin, last night. Messrs J. W. Poyntoh and H. W. Bishop, who constitute, the Police Commission to enquire into the Dunedin police scandal, arrived to-night, accompanied by Commissioner Dinnia and an official stenographer. Tho Commission opens to-mor-row morning, but so far has not settled anything in respect to prooodner. .
