THE FATE OF TRUMBLE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 9.53 p.m., June 23. Sydney, June 23. Confirmatory nows of the murder of T. Trumble has been receivod. The crime was committed by natives with whom Trumble had lived amicably for sevoral years.
The body was recovered by the British and French settlers, who banded together to avenge the murder. One of the murderers was captured and handed over to the British Commissioner.
