The hearing ct a petition to declare invalid the local option poll in the Chalmers doctorate, in which no license was carried, was resumed from SG'h January, 1903, before Mr O. C. Grafcaat, S.M., the Privy Council in lhe interim having de-ci-lecl that the Mngiftrate could hear the petition. The evidence waa not concluded when tbo Court adjourned.
