<Fer.i Press Association. 1 ) Christchurch, last night. As a consequence of the decision of the Arbitration Court on Monday, in the case in which the Tailoressos’ Union charged the Kaiapoi Company with having employed more apprentices in proportion to operatives than the award allowed, which charge the Court held proved, twenty-eight girls will be discharged from the company’s factory. Two or three of these girls would have completed their two years’ apprenticeship in another three months. •
