London, Juno 8. Tho Times’ St. Petersburg correspondent on Tuesday failed to pronouco definitely upon tbo war. This, combined with the mysterious visit to Tsarskoe Solo by Mr Moyer, the American Ambassador, is considered to strengthen the possibilities of peace. A suspicion of Germany is growing in Russia.
