PAINFUL ACCIDENT.

.(Pec Press Association.) Christchurch, last night

Trevis Young, a boy two years old, residing with his parants in Sydenham, had the lower portion of his nose almost severed from his face by another boy,- who was cutting grass with a reap hook, which slipped and inflicted the injury stated. The child was taken to the hospital, where an operation was performed, the lower portion of the nose being removed.
