GIGANTIC EMBEZZLEMENT.
A BANK PRESIDENT TAKES £300,000.

Frank Bigelow, president of the first Notional Bank at Milwaukee, has been arrested for defalcations of £300,000 and falsfying books. He admits that he lost money in speculating in wheat. The directors subscribed sufficient to meet all demands, bat small depositors started a run on the bank.
