A very nice mob of about SOO sheep and also somo cattle, the property of Mr Sbaw, Pakarae, passed through here last week on thoir way to his newly acquired run at Tolago Bay, Mr Bousfield passed here on Tuesday morning with a splendid mob of cattle, travelling South. A scow with timber on board has been lying off the bay here for three days, waiting for an opportunity to beach and discharge. The soow was seen early this morning, but is nowhere visible to-night. The cargo is consigned to Mr Seymour, who is having an up-to-date woolshed erected in a more central position about six miles back.
With the exception of a bit of a squall on Saturday last and a little rain this morniDg tho weather continues as mild as ever.
