It was statod that King, had assisted in preparing ac- | counts up to a certain point, when he deserted, saying that ho had been advised' not to do more. Tho object was to ascertain that none of tho moneys concerned had been paid into Mre King’s account. Mr Justioo Williams made an order for an acoount of all receipts and payments sot forth in tho statement of defendant attached to tho statement of claim.
