SUNDAY’S STEAMERS

Owing to a number of passengers offering for ports south of Gisborne from Auckland the Navua will probably not have sufficient accommodation for the passengers offering here. It has been arranged, however, for the Haupiri to take the balance of the passengers. This vessel is an up-to-date passenger steamer, and passengers can rest assured they will receive every comfort and attention. If possible, separate outward passenger lists will be published to morrow evening, so as to avoid any confusion,' The local office will be open from 4.30 to 5.30 p.m., Sunday, and separate launches will be run. Passengers for the Navua will embark at 7 p.m., and those for the Haupiri at 8 to-morrow evening.
