Loridon, April 12. The Russian Admiralty express delight that the fleet is undivided, and hope that Admiral Roshdestvensky will keep moving and avoid torpedo-boats. Nevertheless, there is still much conflict of opinion whether the battleships are with the main fleet.

Tho Daily Telegraph’s Singapore correspondent says ha is positive the Sissoi and Veliki were the only battleships that passed on Saturday. A Batavia telegram asserts that no Russian ships are at Muntok. Lloyd’s war rates on neutral steamers bound for Japan has risen to 10s per cent. Japanese warships are cruising along the Cochin China cuast to prevent tho Russians provisioning and coaling. The French gunboats Acheron and Styx are leaving Saigon to protoot the neutrality of French waters. The cruiser Descartes aud five torpedo-boats are at Cape St. James.

The Japanese are scouting in the direction of Arambas.

Lloyd’s Singapore agent states that the Russian fleet included seven battleships.

London, April 13. The Sutloz and Iphegan have arrived at Singapore. The Sutlez reports passing the Baltic fleet, including seven battleships, at daybreak on Tuesday, 550 miles north-east of Singapore, steaming northwards. The Japanese captured the Norwegian steamer Henry Boickow, supposed to be a Russian collier.
