Gisborne playgoers will no doubt learn with interest that Mr William Anderson’s Dramatic Company will play a season of two nights at his Majesty’s Theatre, commencing on Monday next. Mr Anderson has already earned an enviable reputation throughout Australasia for staging his productions in a very lavish manner, and at I the same time paying every attention to detail. The opening production will be I that splendid drama, “ A Sailor’s Sweetheart,” in which the full strength of the Company will appear. On Tuesday, the last night of the season, the Company will present 11 The Face at the Window,” a drama that is well played and excellently staged, Bnd all the Company have full scope to display their talent. The box plans for the season, which is positively limited to two nights, will be opened at Mr Miller’s to-morrow morning at 10 o’clock 1
