FATAL FALL
(Per Press Association.) .WELLINGTON, last night.’ /A widow, aged about 36, named Annie Ja,ne Parry, was accidentally; killed at .the Zealandia private hotei, Clyde Quay, last night. She had engaged a ico.ani in the hotel, and later in the evening the noise as of a heavy; fall was heard in the hack yard. On examination it was! Annul that Mrs Parry,' Had fallen from the fire escape on the third storey to the asphalt below. Life was .extinct when jthe ; ' doctor arrived. The unfortunate woman’s neck was broken, her skull being also fractur-’ ed and one thigh broken.
